Over all, not too bad, but there are some proportion issues, particularly with the cranium and thighs. With the legs, you gave her "Chibi lower legs, but full-length upper legs. The thighs should be shorter for a Chibi, to match the lower legs more. The cranium too is a little too big and pushed forward too much. As it stands, she's got no back of the head, and her head looks a lot like that of "The Leader" from The Incredible Hulk.
IF you shrink the cranium vertically, just a little, round it out more (instead of having it a tall "egg" shape) and tilt it back a bit to give her some noggin in the back , it'll improve the drawing even more.

I'm aware of the proportion issues, but the sketch was perfectly chibi until I added robot features... oh well. I'll probably redo this completely.
